The following outlines how we care for your orders, exchanges, and experience with us. Should you ever need assistance, we are always here.

Shipping

Each order is prepared with care and intention before it leaves us.

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery typically arrives within 2–4 business days, depending on your location within the United States. At this time, we ship exclusively within the U.S.

Orders may be modified or canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

You will receive tracking once your order is on its way. From that point, the shipment is in the care of the carrier, who manages delivery, handling, and any delays that may occur in transit. Once marked as delivered, Mon Senteur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.

In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

That said, we remain here for you. If anything feels off along the way, we are happy to assist in initiating claims or inquiries and will do our best to guide the process toward a resolution that best serves you.

For in-store purchases, we invite you to refer to your receipt for the most current details, or reach out to us directly with your receipt and we will be happy to assist.

Fragrance is deeply personal. For this reason, all sales are considered final once a product has been opened or tampered with.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, we are here to make it right. To begin, approval is required. We kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we may review and guide you accordingly.

Each order is carefully reviewed and prepared by our team prior to shipment. If anything is not as expected, please reach out within 48 hours so we may assist.

Once approved, we will share the next steps. Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer, while we will cover shipping for any approved replacement.

In rare instances where an order raises concern, we reserve the right to cancel at our discretion. Should this occur, a full refund for the product and original shipping cost will be issued.
